When asked by For Freedoms to create a billboard, we knew we wanted to say something that elicited a response. The result is a simple puzzle that is completed by the viewer with no single correct answer; there are many. The hope was to stress that personal participation is necessary to shape an outcome of our choosing, with the 'hangman' game reference intended to infer a sense of urgency and consequence.
