An immersive community storytelling practice and gathering, Stories are Living Things by artist Mohsin Mohi Ud Din, unlocked the process of storytelling and communication as a creative practice for connectedness, healing, and community resilience. Participants discovered the science of creative expression and communication as it relates to mental health. Attendees performed in interactive community storytelling practices culminating in the productions of visual and narrative artifacts in real time.Stories are Living Things was facilitated by For Freedoms artist Mohsin Mohi Ud Din, storytelling activist and founder of the Georgia-based arts and mental health organization MeWe International Inc (@meweinternational).
